For clients seeking extensive branding, multiple concepts, or unlimited revisions beyond our premium packages, we recommend considering our higher-tier packages or custom quotes tailored to those needs.
1. Important Disclaimer
All services provided by Cannibals Media are 100% non-refundable once work begins, as they involve creative time, effort, and digital delivery. By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are paying for our effort, research, and professional creative work, not for a guaranteed “perfect design.”
If you require a 100% satisfaction guarantee or unlimited revisions, we recommend hiring a premium design agency (average charges: ₹5,000–₹6,000 per logo in India). Our services are priced affordably (₹499 for 2 concepts, ₹999 for 5 concepts, etc.) to make professional design accessible, which also means refunds for personal dissatisfaction or change of mind are not possible.
2. Non-Refundable Services
The following services are strictly non-refundable:
Logo design packages (all tiers)
Graphic design packages (banners, flyers, creatives)
Social media creatives and branding kits
Digital files once delivered via email or WhatsApp
Revisions requested as part of any package
Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, personal preference, or not liking the designs.
3. Exceptions Where Refunds May Apply
Refunds will only be issued under the following rare circumstances:
Duplicate Payment – If the same payment is accidentally made twice.
Non-Delivery of Services – If we fail to deliver the agreed designs within the promised timeline (7–10 business days unless otherwise stated).
Technical Errors – If a payment gateway or invoicing error leads to failed or incorrect billing.
Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.
4. Revision Policy
Each package specifies the number of revisions included.
Valid revisions: Minor adjustments such as font, color, spacing, or small tweaks.
Invalid revisions: Major redesigns, new concepts, or changes outside the original brief. These will be treated as new projects.
Additional revisions beyond the package limit are chargeable at ₹199 per revision.
5. Delivery Timelines
Initial logo concepts are typically delivered within 1–2 business days.
Delays may occur due to client inaction, unclear briefs, or requests beyond the scope.
Communication must occur via official email or WhatsApp Business account for proper tracking.
6. No Guarantee of Personal Preference or Results
Design is inherently subjective — what appeals to one person may not appeal to another. We cannot guarantee that you will “love” the first concept, though revisions aim to refine the design within the package scope.
Business growth, brand recognition, or sales impact depends on multiple factors beyond design and cannot be guaranteed.
7. Client Responsibilities

Provide a clear, detailed brief at the start of the project (business name, brand colors, ideas, references).
Respond promptly to drafts, revisions, or feedback requests.
