At Cannibals Media, we strive to offer high-quality logo design and branding services at affordable prices, starting from ₹499 for minimal packages. While we put our best creative effort into every design, these prices are not comparable to full-scale branding agencies or high-end studios.

Our deliverables are designed to provide strong value for their cost. However, we cannot accommodate expectations that exceed the defined scope of the selected package. Clients seeking extensive branding, multiple concepts, or unlimited revisions are encouraged to opt for higher-tier packages or request a custom quote tailored to their needs.


1. Important Disclaimer

All services provided by Cannibals Media are non-refundable once work has commenced, as they involve creative time and effort, as well as digital delivery.

By placing an order, you acknowledge that you are paying for our professional effort, research, and creative execution, and not for a guaranteed “perfect design” outcome.

If you require a 100% satisfaction guarantee or unlimited revisions, we recommend engaging premium design agencies (with an average cost of ₹5,000–₹6,000 per logo in India). Our pricing structure (₹499, ₹999, etc.) is designed for accessibility and efficiency, which inherently limits scope and refund flexibility.

By making payment for any service, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to the terms of this Refund Policy and Service Terms available on our website.

The client further acknowledges that design and creative services are subjective in nature, and dissatisfaction based on personal preference, taste, or expectation shall not be considered as non-delivery of service.


2. Non-Refundable Services

The following services are strictly non-refundable:

  • Logo design packages (all tiers)
  • Graphic design packages (banners, flyers, creatives)
  • Social media creatives and branding kits
  • Digital files are once delivered via email or WhatsApp
  • Revisions requested within any package

Refunds will not be provided for dissatisfaction, personal preference, or simply not liking the designs.

Once payment is received, the project is considered confirmed, and work is initiated immediately. Any request for cancellation after this stage shall not be eligible for a refund.

Delivery of initial concepts as per the selected package shall be considered fulfillment of the service obligation from our end.

This policy is governed by applicable principles of the Indian Contract Act, 1872, under which a valid contract may be formed through electronic communication, payment, and performance of services.


3. Exceptions Where Refunds May Apply

Refunds will only be issued under the following limited circumstances:

  • Duplicate Payment – If the same payment is made more than once, unintentionally
  • Non-Delivery of Services – If we fail to deliver the agreed designs within the promised timeline (7–10 business days, unless otherwise stated)
  • Technical Errors – Payment gateway or billing errors resulting in incorrect charges

Approved refunds will be processed via the original payment method within 7–10 business days.


4. Revision Policy

Each package includes a predefined number of revisions.

  • Valid revisions: Minor adjustments such as font, color, alignment, or small refinements
  • Invalid revisions: Complete redesigns, new concepts, or changes beyond the original brief

Requests outside the original scope will be treated as new work.

Additional revisions beyond the included limit are chargeable at ₹199 per revision.


5. Delivery Timelines

  • Initial logo concepts are typically delivered within 1–2 business days
  • Standard project timelines range between 7 and 10 business days, unless otherwise specified

Delays may occur due to:

  • Incomplete or unclear briefs
  • Delayed client responses
  • Requests beyond the defined scope

All communication must be conducted via official email or WhatsApp Business channels for proper tracking and accountability.


6. No Guarantee of Personal Preference or Results

Design outcomes are inherently subjective. While we aim to deliver high-quality work, we cannot guarantee that initial concepts will match individual expectations.

Revisions are provided to refine designs within the scope of the selected package.

Cannibals Media does not guarantee:

  • Business growth
  • Brand recognition
  • Sales performance

as these depend on multiple external factors beyond design.

Under no circumstances shall Cannibals Media be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses. Liability, if any, shall be strictly limited to the amount paid for the specific service.

All disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts located in Rajasthan, India.


7. Client Responsibilities

To ensure smooth execution, clients are expected to:

  • Provide a clear and detailed brief at the start of the project
  • Respond promptly to drafts and revision requests
  • Communicate professionally through official channels only

Failure to do so may impact delivery timelines and outcomes.


8. Acceptance of Policy

By purchasing from Cannibals Media Private Limited, you:

  • Acknowledge that services are non-refundable except in defined cases
  • Understand that design is a subjective creative process
  • Agree to abide by this Refund & Revision Policy

Any false, exaggerated, or unsubstantiated claims regarding service quality, originality, or delivery made with malicious intent may be contested using communication records, timestamps, and delivery proof.


9. Post-Sales Communication & Support Policy

Cannibals Media does not provide post-sales support, revision handling, or feedback via phone calls.

Due to high project volume, repeated calls to the sales team may disrupt workflow and delay delivery timelines.

All support requests, revisions, and feedback must be submitted via:

  • Official WhatsApp CRM thread
  • Registered email address

Only these channels are monitored, logged, and processed.

Sales representatives are not responsible for post-sale support, and requests made outside approved channels may not be acknowledged.
